BOOKING TERMS

Cancellation policy

-Cancellation prior to 30 days before the intended stay: refunded in full


-Cancellation 15-30 days before the intended stay: 50% of the payment will be refunded.If Quinta do Velude manages to rebook the cancelled dates, the remaining 50% will also be refunded.


-Cancellation made less than 15 days before the intended stay: payment will only be refunded if Quinta do Velude is able to rebook the cancelled dates.

Booking conditions

  • The booking is confirmed with the down payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay. Balance is due 3 weeks before the expected stay.

  • Check-in time: 5pm - 7pm

  • Check-out time: 10am

  • A security deposit of 350€ (up to 4 nights) and 500€ (5+ nights) will be requested upon arrival of the guests. This will be refunded at the end of the stay provided there is no damage.

  • The number of guests must be agreed prior to arrival. We reserve the right to refuse admission if the agreed number is exceeded.

  • During the stay, please do not admit others not included in the booking without the express agreement of the owner.

  • To preserve the good condition of the furniture and decorations, their relocation is not allowed either in the inside or from the inside to the outside of the villa. If damage occurs the deposit will be used and, if insufficient for the expense arising, the value of the repair or replacement shall be communicated.

  • Any damage caused by guests during the stay should immediately be reported.
